Entries are now open for the annual Blackmores Sydney Running Festival which will take place on Sunday 20 September 2009.
There are options for a marathon, half-marathon, 9km bridge run or walk and 4.5km bridge run or walk.

Running is a great workout and release of stress and tension. Running regularly will help to keep you trim and fit, and it’s so easy! I run 3-4 times a week, and this is some of the best advice that helps me to get going in the morning.
