What a treat we have for you! Not only can you make your own Matcha affogato from home, but we are going to show you how to make your own Matcha ice cream to go in it! 💚
Matcha Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS
20g Organic Matcha Powder
100ml Milk
250g Condensed Milk
500g Whipping Cream
METHOD
Measure out 20g of Organic Matcha and set it aside
Warm up 100ml Milk
Mix Matcha and Milk and Whisk
Add 250ml Condensed Milk and Whisk
Sieve the mixture into a bowl
In a larger freezer-safe bowl, add 500ml Whipping Cream & Whisk until thick stiff peaks form
Add in the Matcha, Milk, Condensed Milk mixture to the Whipped Cream and re-whisk until fully combined
Freeze for 3 hours, then whisk until light and fluffy
Re-freeze for 2 hours, re-whisk and re-freeze for a final 2 hours
Your ice cream should be nice and scoopable!

Matcha Affogato
INGREDIENTS
3 Scoops Matcha Ice Cream
5g Organic Matcha
20ml Hot Water
Chocolate Slice for Topping
METHOD
Add 5g of Organic Matcha to 20ml of Boiling Hot Water, whisk together
Add 3 Scoops of Ice Cream to your favourite bowl
Pour over your hot Matcha
Add your chocolate slice into your ice cream
Enjoy!
